1. When women gather with a common goal, it is a powerful energetic source
2. Validation of thoughts and feelings calms the heart
3. No one understands your struggle to concieve like others in the same boat
4. Giving voice to your story helps YOU to understand its meaning in your life
5. Hearing other womens stories gives you perspective
6. Compassion for others engenders greater self-compassion
7. We cry and then we laugh. Both are great for relieving stress
8. You learn how to create moments of peacefulness in the midst of chaos
9. You meet other really awesome women who may become really awesome friends
10. You learn from others who may be further down the road from you

This list is not exhaustive. Come be with your sisters on Fertility Road. You have been chosen to walk this path. Who knows why. It’s tough to “embrace” such a journey. No one wants to be here. But it’s here with others and with a broader perspective that you can begin to find meaning and build resilience!
